ALL NZ ORDERS ARE NOW AGE RESTRICTED 18+:
All parcels will be sent with a visible R18 sticker and require an ID to be sighted on delivery.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give authority to leave as Courierpost requires ID for all Vaping products. IF the parcel cannot be signed for, the parcel will be sent to your postal depot for collection.
SATURDAY DELIVERY (NZ ORDERS ONLY):
Saturday delivery option is available, only until 2pm every Friday for the week, for non-rural addresses: https://www.courierpost.co.nz/tools/address-checker/
All Saturday delivery placed before this time will be fulfilled but withheld at our company until Friday dispatch time to ensure the parcels getting delivered on Saturday. (Courier can't withhold the parcels on their end pre-Friday due to their FIFO (First In First Out) operational processes.)
The tracking information may not update until Friday due to the reason above.
What is your estimated delivery time?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Dunedin.
We use Courier Post with an overnight delivery target for main centers, and 2-3 business days for rural areas (NZ customers only). All other delivery times are an estimate, quite often orders are delivered well before the expected delivery date.
When do I have to place my order by for next day delivery?
We ship on confirmation of payment and when all goods are in stock, usually same day if completed and paid for by 2pm.
Why didn't I didn't get a tracking number with my confirmation of purchase?
Tracking numbers are automatically generated once your order has been packed, you will receive an email when this happens. The tracking number won't be 'live' and functioning until the courier picks up your package from our dispatch team at around 4pm Monday-Friday.
Do I have to have signature required on my order?
We recommend choosing signature required to ensure you get your order delivered.
You can have your order shipped without signature required by choosing this shipping option at the checkout.
We will not be held responsible for lost orders shipped without signature required.
Route Shipping Insurance
Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Route is automatically added to your cart as a way of protecting your goods while in transit. This means if anything goes wrong between the order leaving us and it arriving at your door, we are able to replace any missing or damaged products.
Route charges roughly 1% of your order value, starting at $1.48 increasing parallel to 1% of the order value.
If you do not want to be charged for Route Shipping Insurance, remove Route Shipping insurance from your cart.
Route is added automatically, so you don't need to add it to your cart. Route covers all items in your order.

Legal
We reserve the right to alter shipping methods requested if required (ie: mistakes, wrong method selected, or above certain values will have to be Signature Required). Public holidays and other seasonal demands may alter delivery times - tracking information is available for all shipments, simply request tracking information by email to customerservice@eliquids.nz, include your WEB order number and name used to order.
The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavors to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
