Processing Time

We aim to process and send all orders out within 48hrs of order confirmation.


We have a delivery time of 3 business days for all New Zealand wide B2B orders. Signature required: Signature required is applied by default. You can request to have your order delivered without a signature required but we will not be held responsible for missing items sent this way.

Returns Policy

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully. If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

International Orders

We accept overseas orders from anywhere, however for overseas orders we require full payment before dispatch. Please note that the purchaser is required to make sure they are complying with the laws of that country, we accept no responsibility for orders not received due to local customs and laws.
